Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. A stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2016. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1st Class, Jhanjharpur, District-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12829 of 2017 (3) dt.28-03-2017 Madhubani/Successor Court, in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No.110 of 2016, G.R.No.1325 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
