JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

As per the prosecution case, 25.920 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from a bag.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way concerned with the alleged recovery. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 12.01.2022 and investigation in this case is complete.
