The petitioner is in custody in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 592 of 2018 ( Special Excise Case No. 288/2018) for the offence under Section 37 (b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner was apprehended by the police in drunken condition. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 19.5.2018.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
