The Petitioner seeks bail in Koran Sarai P.S. Case No.29 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 307, 326/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. His name has come in the confessional statement of Raj Kumar Ram. It has further been submitted that co-accused, Ram Bihari Choudhary, and several other accused persons have been granted bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 20.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.35061 of 2016, order dated 14.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.52977 of 2016 and 52394 of 2016 (Annexure-2 and 3 series).

Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Koran Sarai P.S. Case No.29 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
