The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Goreakothi P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 406, 420, 468, 471, 473 and 474 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner is brother of Sanjay Kumar Yadav and Ajay Kumar Yadav who use to send persons to foreign country and on such the informant/complainant contacted Sanjay Kumar Yadav and paid him money for visa. The visa handed over to the complainant is found to be forged.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that there is no allegation against the petitioner that he received any money,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6751 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 Sanjay Kumar Yadav has already been enlarged on bail, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Goreakothi P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
