JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-06-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nauhatta P.S. Case No.58 of 2014 instituted under Section-366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and only allegation is that the lady was receiving calls from a mobile number which belonged to the petitioner but she has not named the petitioner in any manner. They are neighbours and it is out of a petty dispute that subsequently after 16 days his name came up without verification of the call details of the mobile in question. Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner, namely, Rakesh

No.17875 of 2015 (02) dt.09-06-2015 2/2 Ranjan alias Rakesh Ranjan Yadav, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1stClass, Saharsa in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No.58 of 2014, subject to all conditions as laid down in Section-438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
