This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report is against unknown person. It appears that some other co-accused confessed and in the confessional statement the name of the petitioner and others transpired. The person who had confessed has already been allowed besides some other co-accused by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 191 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati at Gaya, or successor Court.
