The petitioner, who is in custody since 20.01.2020, seeks bail in connection with Khutauna P. S. Case No. 49 of 2019 dated 03.05.2019 instituted for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner is said to be the driver of the vehicle from where 629.100 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered. The owner of the vehicle was also

Considering the afore-mentioned facts and taking into account the clean antecedents of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions JudgeII-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Khutauna P.
