JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-09-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1 For directing and commanding the respondents authorities to comply the speaking order passed by D.C.L.R., Rajauli in case no. 73/2015-2016 vide order dated 14.3.2016, and also speaking order passed by Sub-Divisional public claim Redressal officer, Rajauli District Nawada which is in disposed no. 536110117081600236 vide order 13.10.16."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle

Patna High Court CWJC No.21332 of 2018(2) dt.06-09-2022 2/2 Officer, Rajauli, District Nawada for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off, however, with the aforesaid liberty.
