JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 13-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 380/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that on 11.08.2020 his two mobile phones were stolen by the thieves from his house. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21499 of 2021(2) dt.13-09-2021 2/2 police is said to have recovered one mobile from conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail custody since 21.08.2020 and he has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition.

The learned APP opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below/successor court where the case is pending in connection with K.
