====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-06-2020 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chousa P.S. Case No. 86/17, dated 02.04.2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 384, 387, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

According to the F.I.R., the petitioner and three other persons came to the shop of the son of the informant and demanded Rs. 50,000/- from him as protection money. The son of the informant was also assaulted. The informant suspects that anything could happen to her son.

It has been submitted that a vague and general allegation has been levelled against the petitioner and others.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9730 of 2020(3) dt.01-06-2020 2/2 The petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2019. Similarly situated accused persons though have been granted bail but I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner who has criminal antecedents.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The petitioner may renew is prayer for bail after he gets bail in all other cases.
