1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that charges have been framed and the trial has commenced.

3. The learned APP for the State, thus, submits that since charges have been framed and the trial has commenced, as such, the Court should not interfere with the trial at this stage.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned APP for the State, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.

5. Accordingly, the present quashing application stands rejected.
