JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04/ 29.06.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner no.2 as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner no. 2 apprehends her arrest in connection with Kargahar P. S. case no. 74/2014 registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no.2, namely, Ram Bati Devi, happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and admittedly, deceased died in hospital during the course of her treatment. The concerned hospital has issued death certificate which has been annexed as annexure l to the petition.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let petitioner no.2, namely, Ram Bati Devi, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two
