The petitioner seeks bail in K. Nagar (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 340 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The name of petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Mithun Sahni. Petitioner is in custody since 6.12.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11439 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with K.
