2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) to issue rule in the nature of Certiorari to quash the step taken by the Planning and Development Department of the State of Bihar contained in Annexure-P/3 to construct

Patna High Court CWJC No.3905 of 2026(2) dt.31-03-2026 2/3 Panchayat Bhawan under Telhara Kala Panchayat over the land of the petitioner appertaining to the land of Khata No.41, Khesra No. 976 and 978, area 2 Bighas, 11 Kathas, 6 Dhurs and 18 Kathas, total area 3 Bighas, 9 Kathas, 6 Dhurs.

(ii) to issue Writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents not to proceed with the proposal for construction of Panchayat Bhawan over the land of the petitioner in arbitrary manner without verification and due consideration of the land to be the land of the petitioners.

(iii) to grant any other relief or reliefs to which the petitions are legally entitled, in the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that a proper representation alongwith all the supporting document shall be presented before the Collector, East Champaran in next four weeks.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if such representation/petition is preferred, it will be taken to its logical

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioners to approach the Collector, East Champaran alongwith all the relevant document to show his bonafide.
