The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No 200 of 2019 for the offence under Section 387 of the I.P.C. lodged on 27.03.2019 by the informant Rajeev Kumar.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant Rajeev Kumar has alleged that from SIM Nos. 8677841814 and 7635052316 extortion money of Rs. 4 lakh was demanded from the informant and a threat to kill was also given to him in nonfulfillment of the extortion money. Accordingly, the F.I.R. The matter is of 2019, the SIM that was used for demand of ransom belongs to the petitioner herein. It is not a case for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
