JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this writ application is being filed by the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the selection of the private respondent Nos.6 to 7 who have got forged and fabricated documents and residential certificate respectively at Anganbari Centre No.228 Village- Jaitipur, Ward No.2, P.S.- Naubatpur,

The petitioner further prays for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of writ of mandamus for directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner at Anganbari Centre No.228, Village- Jaitipur, Ward No.2, P.S.- Naubatpur, District- Patna." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
