2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 559 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, in the backdrop of property dispute, the occurrence took place. It is alleged that due to demand of share, the accused persons assaulted the informant, due to which, blood started oozing out from his mouth and nose.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the informant. The FIR itself shows that there is land dispute between the parties. The injuris

5. Learned APP for the state has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S.
