2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No.730 of 2023 corresponding to GR No.4334 of 2023 instituted under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, allegation against the petitioner is that she alongwith co-accused Sachin Kumar abducted the minor sister of the informant with a view to marriage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to being the relative of the main accused. He further

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S.
