JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-11-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition liberty to file objection before the Certificate Officer and submits that the Certificate Officer be directed not to take any coercive steps till the final decision is taken in the matter.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh objection within a period of six weeks from today and in case such an objection is filed, the Certificate Officer shall consider the same and pass a final order.
