This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(A), 37(A) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Country made liquor as well as foreign liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner in huge quantity.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2016. There is similar type of criminal antecedent. However, only on suspicion the petitioner was named in that case, therefore, he has already been allowed anticipatory bail in that case (Cr. Misc. No. 50155 of 2016).

Considering the fact of this case as well as the period already undergone, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11289 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 239 of 2016 (Gr. No. 4802 of 2016) to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VII, Siwan, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and if the Court below would come to notice that the petitioner has committed similar type of offence in future, the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner in this case also.
