2. It is submitted on behalf of the parties that a show-
Patna High Court MJC No.4090 of 2018(9) dt.04-10-2023 2/2 cause affidavit has been filed on behalf of opposite party no.4 bringing on record the reasoned and speaking order passed by the Three Men Committee consisting of Principal Secretaries of the Department of Road Construction, Finance Department and General Administration Department, Bihar, Patna, the copy of which is annexed as Annexure- B to the show-cause affidavit.
3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the aforenoted order has not been passed in the letter and spirit of the order of this Court dated 12.01.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4510 of 2009 and, as such, he seeks liberty to assail the same.
