Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Two kilograms of Ganja was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.08.2016.
Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone by the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9523 of 2017 (3) dt.08-05-2017 Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur/Successor Court, in connection with Raghopur P.S.
