This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Case No. C2/19/19 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is that total 35.700 liters of liquor was seized in the instant case. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.
