The Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Bhabhua is now directed that since work has been taken by the respondents from these petitioners for which they claim they are entitled to Rs. 25,00 /- per month from June, 2013 to November, 2013 and Rs. 7,000/- per month from December, 2013 till date, then there is an obligation created upon the respondent-authorities and the Collector, being the head of the district and Nodal Officer, to ensure payment to these petitioners for the period in question. A decision must be taken on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4303 of 2015 dt.06-07-2015 2/2 claim of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production / communication of a copy of this Order, unless there is some legal impediment or bar in this regard.

Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
