The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Piribazar P.S. Case No. 67 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that Dhananjay Singh, Anand Kumar Singh and one unknown robbed his mobile and motorcycle.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the date of occurrence is 18.09.2014, but the FIR was lodged on 20.09.2014. The petitioner is resident of another district and the informant had no occasion to identify the petitioner. The petitioner got fracture injury and he was admitted in a hospital for a month for his treatment.

No.8614 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that it is a case of robbery in which the petitioner is named in the FIR and it is alleged that the petitioner along with other accused persons robbed the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
