JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was allowed vide order dated 24.08.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 48411 of 2018 with direction to surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, however, petitioner could not surrender in time as such he has filed this application for modification of earlier order to the extent that he may be allowed to surrender and time may be extended. It appears from perusal of order that it was passed on 24.08.2018 and after six months, this application has been filed for modification of order as such I find no merit in this application to interfere with the order dated 24.08.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 48411 of 2018. However, if petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt
