The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No.90 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 332, 333, 353, 379, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have forcibly entered into the office of the informant and assaulted him by means of iron rod on his right eye.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant by means of iron rod but the injury report shows that the injury is simple in nature. It is also

No.11402 of 2022(2) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 submitted that similarly situated co-accused, Renu Devi has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 13.07.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No.4134 of 2022. . It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. Considering the facts that the injuries are simple in nature and similarly situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No.90 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
