JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-02-2016 Heard Sri Vasant Vikas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pradeep Narain Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajpakar P.S. Case no.152 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the F.I.R. altogether seven persons were named as accused besides 10 unknown accused. Out of named accused persons, some have already been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail. He further submits that though fardbeyan was recorded on 07.10.2015 for an occurrence, which took place on 06.10.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5715 of 2016 (2) dt.19-02-2016 2/2 The F.I.R. was registered in the Police Station on 04.10.2015. It was further submitted that there was case and counter case. On the aforesaid ground, a prayer has been made for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Besides hearing the parties, I have also perused the F.I.R. In the F.I.R. there is only and only specific accusation against the petitioner. Accordingly, I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
