This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 370/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Certain persons including the petitioner were apprehended at the railway station carrying children for labour purpose.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner was carrying his cousin brother to meet his father, who is working in Mumbai, with the consent of the family members. On suspicion, the petitioner has been apprehended. He has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.02.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above
