The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 0674/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was appointed to the post of teacher but later on he came to know that his B.Ed certificate was forged. Thereafter the petitioner resigned from the post of teacher on 31.01.2015. The petitioner did not withdraw any salary. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that after knowing about the forgery of the B.Ed certificate the petitioner resigned and he did not take any salary, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of
