Petitioner along with Dhurendra Yadav has been found in joint possession of a motorcycle having no registration number. Though engine number and chassis number has been described and further, on their disclosure another stolen motorcycle was recovered from possession of Subhash Yadav, who was not arrested at the spot.

Petitioner happens to be under custody since 31.07.2019 having no criminal antecedent as per para 3 of the petition.

Consequent thereupon, petitioner Brijesh Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
