The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.131 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 457, 354A and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has surrendered in the court below. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application. Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
