The petitioner is accused in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 206 of 2018 (G.R. No. 3774 of 2018) registered under Sections 386, 387 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was thrice rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 16751 of 2019, Cr. Misc. No. 15486 of 2020 and Cr. Misc. No. 16285 of 2021 on 22.07.2019, 17.06.2020 and 18.08.2021 respectively. He further submits that the fresh ground for grant of regular bail is that the petitioner is under custody since 25.07.2018.
