2. This appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 07.09.2018, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in Guardians and Wards Act Case No. 09 of 2014, whereby the application filed by the appellant under Sections 9 and 10 of the Guardians and Wards Act has been rejected.

3. Pursuant to order dated 29.07.2025 referring the matter to the Coordinator, Patna High Court Mediation Center, the mediation appears to have been taken place on 24.09.2025, wherein, the appellant has agreed to withdraw the instant appeal with an undertaking not to seek the claim/relief prayed for in the

Patna High Court MA No.902 of 2018(8) dt.16-12-2025 2/2 instant appeal and accordingly, on the basis thereof, the Mediator, namely Pankaj Kumar Sinha has submitted the report dated 24.09.2025 that the dispute has been resolved through the process of mediation.

4. In view of the above and as submitted by learned counsel appearing for the parties, this appeal stands disposed off in terms of report of the mediator dated 24.09.2025 as discussed hereinabove.
