JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1792 of 2016 to the extent that in the last portion of the order P.S. Case number should be read as "Kotwali P.S. Case No. 551 of 2015" instead of "Kotwali P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015". The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the prayer portion of the main petition as the FIR annexed with the petitioner also reflects that the petitioner preferred the application in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 551 of 2015, hence learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer potion of the main petition.

The order dated 14.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1792 of 2016 is modified to the extent that let in the last portion of the order be read as "Kotwali P.S. Case No. 551 of 2015" instead

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7873 of 2016 (2) dt.17-02-2016 2/2 of "Kotwali P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015".

Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of.
