JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 467/468/406/420/384/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner had entered into an agreement for sale of the land with the complainant. Subsequently, the complainant came to know that the land is not of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the complainant opposed the prayer, however, could not produce the document as to what title deed of the petitioner the complainant had seen before entering into the agreement between the parties.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10379 of 2017 (2) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur/Successor Court, in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No.114 of 2016.
