The petitioner seeks bail in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 641 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 402 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Police apprehended four persons including petitioner from the house of Anik Mistri.

It is alleged in the written report that Mobile phone has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2018 having clean antecedent.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai P.S.
