JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. I) That the respondents be commanded to shift the dates of grant of 1st ACP and 2nd MACP of the petitioner from 23.03.2005 and 23.03.2013 to 04.04.2004 and 04.04.2012 respectively.

II) That the respondents be directed

Patna High Court CWJC No.3109 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/3 to sanction the benefit of 3rd MACP to the petitioner with effect from 04.04.2022.

III) That the respondents be directed to count the service of the petitioner from 04.04.1992 to 22.03.1993 which he did in the Department of Labour, Employment and Training in the Govt. of Bihar prior to joining the Bihar Registration Service on 23.03.1993 for the purpose of giving financial benefits to him.

IV) That all the financial benefits be granted to the petitioner with compound interest computed at the rate of 8% per annum from due date to the date of actual payment."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 5 i.e. Inspector General (Registration) Department of Prohibition, Excise, Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 5 i.e.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3109 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 3/3 Inspector General (Registration) Department of Prohibition, Excise, Bihar, Patna, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
