The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S.Case no.454 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per FIR is that the co-accused were intercepted with a motorcycle and said to be stolen motorcycle and he has disclosed that his brother i.e. petitioer has purchased the same.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner had purchased the motorcycle from one Shambhu Choudhary , which will appear from Annexure 2 series and he has been falsely implicated int his case as well as he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S.Case No.454 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
