2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, including a writ in the nature of "Mandamus" upon the concerned respondents to release the petitioner's 35022 vehicles bearing Registration No. (i) BR26GC-3502 (JCB New 3DX Backhoe Loader) and (ii) Registration 53727530 No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6968 of 2026(3) dt.31-07-2026 2/3 BR26GB8854, Engine No.-E3727530 (Powertrac) has been illegally seized on 18.12.2025 in Paliganj P.S. Case no. 601 of 2025, without issuance or service of any notice and without following due process of law;

(ii) for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondent authorities to forthwith release the petitioner's vehicle, which is lying seized, during the pendency of the present writ petition, on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;

(iii) for issuance of any other writ, order or direction for which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case;

(iv) for any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner be found entitled in the eye of law,

3. On 14.05.2026, two weeks time after vacation notice was granted to remove the defect(s) and the order was
