In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.254 of 2016 / 483 of 2016 arising out of Imamganj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

This Court has called for the case diary from the Court below. From a perusal of the Postmortem Report, it appears that the doctor has not arrived to a complete conclusion about the nature of death as to whether it is a natural death or it is a murder. Further, the evidence of other witnesses show that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10976 of 2017 (3) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 during the treatment the wife of the petitioner has died. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner-Ravindra Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, IX, Gaya, in connection with Sessions Trial No.254 of 2016 / 483 of 2016 arising out of Imamganj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2013.
