Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihiya (Bahoranpur) P. S. case no. 30/2015 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that one co-accused Putul Sah having more or less similar allegation has already been admitted to anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 13.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 14791/2015, let the petitioner, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Bihiya (Bahoranpur) P.
