The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 18.12.2020 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 30361 of 2020. By the aforesaid order, the petitioners were directed to be enlarged on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of passing of the order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16010 of 2021(2) dt.04-08-2021 2/2 that inadvertently, the case no has been mentioned in the bail petition as C2A Case No. 65 of 2019 and due to which the same has been recorded in the order dated 18.12.2020. The correct case no. is C2A Case No. 65/2020. The order dated 18.12.2020 is modified to the extent that the case number mentioned in the order be read as C2A Case No. 65/2020.

Further eight weeks time is allowed to the petitioners to surrender before the court below to take advantage of the order dated 18.12.2020.

The order stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification application stands disposed of accordingly.
