JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2023 Learned counsel submits that he has already filed modification application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in the office on 16.05.2023. The office is directed to place the same on record.

2. Learned counsel files office copy of the said modification application in the Court today itself. The same is accepted and kept on record.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that while the bail application was heard and disposed of, one more case was pending against the petitioner as mentioned in paragraph no.3 of the modification application bearing Salkuha (Banma Itahari O.P.) P.S.Case No.365 of 2022 dated 20.11.2022 under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 427, 504, 506 IPC and 27 of the Arms Act and to that effect, he has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11493 of 2023(3) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 brought the said case by filing modification application under 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

4. Considering the specific statement made in paragraph 3 of the modification application, the court below is directed to accept the bail bond of the petitioner and release the petitioner forthwith.
