The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420,467,468,471,120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner while working as a security guard, was having forged and fabricated arms licence.

Petitioner was simply a security guard and he never submitted Arms licence in the office of the security agency while working as security guard. No arms or arms licence was recovered from the possession of the petitioner rather the arms licence in question was provided by the security agency. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15728 of 2023(4) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Barhara Police Station Case No. 249 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
