The impugned order, terminating the petitioner from the responsibility of Anganbari Sevika, contained in Annexure-2, as well as the orders, contained in Annexure- 6 and 7, are hereby set aside with a direction upon the respondents that they will consider imposing any other punishment in view of the new guidelines issued by the Directorate, where different kinds of

A fresh decision must be taken by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Patna within a period of three months from the date of production / communication of a copy of this Order.
