Case No. 11 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner. As per written report, the dead body of the father of the informant was found.

The APP referring paragraphs-7, 8 & 31 of the C.d. submits that mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner.
