Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Special Case No. 6497 of 2020 arising out of Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 600 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a), 36 and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion on basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Except the confessional

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 6497 of 2020 arising out of Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 600 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
