The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Goura P.S. Case No.72 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. He has stabbed the deceased.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2024.

Looking to the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
